FC2 is committed to preventing any form of human trafficking, exploitation, and human rights violations. We strictly prohibit, and will not tolerate any form of human trafficking, and any other form of slavery, including but not limited to, sex trafficking and/or labor trafficking.
Trafficking is defined as the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of persons by means of threat, use of force or other forms of coercion, abduction, fraud, deception, abuse of power, or a position of vulnerability for the purpose of exploitation, including but not limited to sexual exploitation and forced labor.
Content Suppliers must not engage in any practice that constitutes trafficking in persons or slavery. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
We are committed to protecting the rights and well-being of all individuals involved in our operations, including performers, employees, and partners.
We comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations related to human trafficking, including the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and the Modern Slavery Act.
We will take proactive steps to identify and mitigate the risk of human trafficking in our operations. This includes conducting thorough age and consent verification processes, providing training for employees, implementing stringent vetting procedures for all content providers and partners, and conducting regular awareness initiatives to educate stakeholders about human trafficking risks and prevention measures.
We encourage all Users, performers, and partners to report any suspicious activities or violations of this policy. Reports can be made confidentially through the following channels:
We assure all reporters that there will be no retaliation for good faith reports.
We are committed to working with relevant organizations, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to combat human trafficking and support victims. We actively seek opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to strengthen our efforts in preventing human trafficking.
Violations of this policy will be taken seriously. Consequences may include disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, removal of content, and legal action where applicable.
This policy will be reviewed and updated annually, or as required by changes in laws and regulations.
